Quadriceps Stretch
Position:
Put shin on plate, keep foot horizontal, stabilise.
Posture:
Upper torso straight, tense abdominals, back straight, push hip forward.
Tension:
Upper legs, front of hips and pelvis.
Variations:
Change sides, lift hind leg and hold foot.
